Welcome to the Kozma & Kozma Salon Loyalty Rewards Program!

We appreciate your business. We strongly believe that your loyalty deserves special treatment and that you should earn perks for choosing to visit our salon. For that reason, we have recently partnered with Perkville.

We offer salon rewards for things you are already doing – such as purchases, referring friends, sharing photos of us on social media… and now, even your birthday can get you rewarded!

Paper punch cards are so outdated that’s why we’ve opted to use Perkville.

It’s very easy to get started. All you have to do is sign up for our salon and spa loyalty program, and then the rewards automatically start rolling in to your account.

What is Perkville?

Perkville is a virtual system that automatically keeps track of your visits, what you spend, and your referral activity- all from our point of sale. We’re using it for our new online rewards program because we want to make it easy and fun to earn perks at Kozma & Kozma Salon!

How do I get started?

  • Easy! Give the front desk of our salon your email or email us at: loyalty@kozmaandkozma.com and we will send you and invite.
  • You will receive an email from “Perkville Rewards”. Click “accept my points” inside the email to confirm. (Yes, we give you points just for signing up! Whoo hoo!) This will take you into a confirmation page inside the perkville website.
  • Please note make sure your email that we have on file in our salon booking system matches the same email that you signed up for Perkville to earn and redeem points at the salon. (If you have previously given us your email and don’t remember which email you used, please ask our front desk. If we don’t have your email on file, please provide us with one).
  • That’s it, you’re done!

How can I earn points?

  • You get points for signing up for this program!
  • You can earn points by telling your friends how much you love us on social media.
  • You can earn points by getting services.
  • You can earn points by referring people to us. Tell a friend to come see us, and when she does- you get rewarded!
  • When you have a birthday, we will celebrate by adding points into your point bank! Add your birthday in “settings”, so we can celebrate by automatically sending you points on your birthday.

How are my points tracked?

Please be sure to use the same email address for login, as set up in our salon system. Points are automatically given, through our point of sale system.

How can I check my points?

Through your Perkville account at www.perkville.com only. Please access it on your mobile phone, or by your ipad or laptop.

How much will using Perkville cost?

It’s free.

How will I know when I have earned enough points?

Our system keeps track of all your visits to the salon and it notifies the Perkville system when you have earned points. You will receive an email from Perkville each time you earn points. You can easily track your points through your Parkville account.

For things such as Facebook posts, points can take up to 48 hours to appear in your account.

How do I post a social media post to suggest my friends to you?

  • Post an image about your experience to Instagram, tag us with @kozmaandkozma and #kozmaandkozma then take a screen shot or send us the link and email it to loyalty@kozmaandkozma.com , and we will update your account with points. Post must be done during or after a paid visit to the salon.
  • Post an image about your experience to Facebook, tag us with @kozmaandkozma and #kozmaandkozma then take a screen shot or send us the link and email it to loyalty@kozmaandkozma.com , and we will update your account with points. Post must be done during or after a paid visit to the salon.
  • You must use the Kozma & Kozma Hashtag (#kozmaandkozma) to get rewarded.
  • You have the opportunity to be rewarded for a social media post after each paid salon visit.

What do I say when I post to social media about Kozma & Kozma Salon?

The possibilities are endless. Be yourself, and have fun!
Some suggestions…take a photo or video, and pick one of the following themes:

  • Share your experience, mention what you enjoyed.
  • Say what you love about us!
  • Take a picture during your service. Getting a mermaid or unicorn pedicure? These are very photogenic and make for an interesting pic!
  • List which services you got- take a pic of the finished result.
  • Our team- take a pic with your beauty expert or hair expert!
  • A selfie!
  • Salon interiors
  • Your beverage and treats
  • A before and after collage (for example hair transformation makeover)

When will I be rewarded points, when I refer a friend to your salon?

  • Please note, only new customers can be referred.
  • You must refer them to us through perkville account, just click the Refer a Friend Button and once you have sent a referral email to your friends through perkville, your friend will need to visit our salon for a paid service. Once she completes her service, you get points!

How can I convince my friends to visit your salon?

We make it easy for you to refer friends to us! Once you refer them, we give them an incentive for that first visit- a 20% off coupon.

Sign into to your Perkville account and send emails directly from your account to your friends by clicking the “Refer A Friend” Button. Let them know what services you receive and that you love us. Maybe a suggestion for you two to get a pedicure together at the same time?

How can I redeem my points?

  • Easy! Log in to your Perkville account and you can see all the perks available. Based on the number of points earned you will be able to click on perks to redeem them.

Terms and Conditions

 

Referring a friend

  • In order for the Referrer (Person referring her friend) to earn the points, the referred friend must do the following:
  • Be a first time customer.
  • Cannot be a model who have been before.
  • The referred friend should use the same email address where they received the original invite from the referrer, to give to the salon upon arriving for their appointments.
  • The referred friend should use the same email address where they received the original invite from the referrer, to give to the salon upon arriving for their appointments.
  • The referred person must include in their bill at least 1 service that cost a minimum of AED95. Cannot use any vouchers, coupons, or group discounts. With exception, the referred person can use the voucher that was received in the invite that was sent by the referrer and the referrer will receive their points.

 

Other Terms & Conditions

  • Perkville account user must use the same email that was given to the Kozma & Kozma Salon Frontdesk staff in order to earn and redeem points. That Email must be stored in the Salon booking system to integrate with Perkville user account.
  • Social media activities must be done via Kozma & Kozma Perkville account user dashboard and social media accounts must be linked to the Perkville account in order to earn points.
  • Social media activities must be done during or after each paid visit to the salon to qualify to earn points.
  • Kozma and Kozma is not responsible for any user error or any unearned points from social media activities by the loyal customer due to not linking their social media accounts to their Perkville account or not posting their social media from their Perkville account dashboard.
  • Perkville account user cannot claim any points for any purchases or activities made prior to signing up to the spa loyalty program.
  • Kozma & Kozma Perkville account user are personal to each user and cannot be transferred to or used by another person.
  • The benefits offered by Kozma and Kozma Perkville account can be taken advantage of only by purchasing services and products from Kozma and Kozma at full listed price without any discounts, packages, group members discounts or promotions to the products and services purchased.
  • The points accumulated while purchasing services and products in the Kozma and Kozma Salon cannot be transferred from the Loyal Customer Perkville account to any other person nor can they be exchanged for cash.
  • Kozma & Kozma does not accept multiple clients on one email address. Customers are not allowed to have multiple accounts, even in family. Each individual must have their own account.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their account password. Any stolen points are not the responsibility of Kozma & Kozma.
  • All vouchers & perks must be used by the customer who redeemed them and In no event may any voucher or perks be transferred to someone else or gifted to someone else or exchanged against cash
  • A Kozma and Kozma Perkville user account must use his Perkville account in strict compliance with these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of the Kozma and Kozma loyalty program agreement. If Kozma and Kozma suspects that a Perkville user account is not complying with these terms and conditions, it reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Perkville account at its sole discretion.
  • Points cannot be redeemed until you sign the “Kozma & Kozma Salon Loyalty Program Agreement” which is available at the front desk.
